[Bounty] Wownerujo: merge from upstream: 1. node discovery, 2. street mode

Why?

These are two major updates from Monerujo. It would be nice to have them in Wownerujo.

How much?

• rate: 25 USD/hour
• estimating: 3 hours for each feature, mostly testing and debuging.
• 2 features * 3 hours * 25 USD/hour = 150 USD

What?

Testing and debugging Android can be a time sink, especially for major updates. A FFS is useful to acquire the resource needed to merge major updates from upstream.
