Fix wownerowp

This proposal is disabled.
The problem was exchangerates api, which now requires api key, as a solution the project now uses cryptocompare api. I have published the fixed version on my gitlab: https://gitlab.com/artshellorok/wownerowp, since https://git.wownero.org doesn't work. Also made a commit to escape trailing slashes in wownero-explorer.

wownerowp (https://git.wownero.com/wownero/wownerowp) has been rebased with upstream, but it is still broken. If anyone wants to fix it, reach out to us on#wownero OFTC IRC.
